1. Cancellation Policy

At Baalaji Enterprises, we process wholesale and industrial orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Order cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the goods have been dispatched from our distribution center.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• The products delivered are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• The products supplied do not match the specifications outlined in your purchase order.

To request a refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods, along with photographic evidence of the issue.

3. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, Baalaji Enterprises will coordinate the logistics for the return of defective items. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to a non-defective reason, subject to approval.
